Privacy Policy
Effective date: 17 August 2026
One Name Left is made by Blue Web Studios, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). In short: the app collects no personal information about you, has no accounts, shows no ads, and includes no analytics or tracking.
- We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.
- The game keeps your progress and settings only on your own device.
- We have no servers that receive your data, and there is no account or login.
- We use no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking.
- We do not sell or share data, because we do not collect any.
Information the app stores on your device
So you can pause and resume, the game saves a small amount of information in your device’s local storage: which cases you have started, your crossings-out and progress, your best results and chosen investigator rank, your settings, and which cases you own. This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Deleting the app removes it.
Purchases
Cases and case bundles can be bought inside the app. Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we never see or receive your name, card number, or billing details. All the app records on your device is which content you own, so it can be unlocked and restored on a new device through the store. Apple’s and Google’s handling of your purchase is governed by their own privacy policies.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
None. The app contains no analytics software, no advertising, and no tracking technologies, and does not build a profile of you. If this ever changes in a future version, we will update this policy and the app-store privacy disclosures before that version is released.
Children’s privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and in any case collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Your choices and rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. You remain in control of the information stored on your device: you can clear it by deleting the app. Where laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA/CPRA (California) apply, note that we do not process, sell, or share personal information as those laws define it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles information, we will post the updated policy here with a new effective date, and update the App Store and Google Play privacy details to match, before releasing the version the change applies to.
